March 4: Get Real

Join us at 6:30pm at Giovanni’s in Royersford for dinner & faith discussion. This monthly group enjoys great conversation about topics that matter most in our lives. In March we will be discussing “Tools of Faith.” Please RSVP to Angela Feist by March 3rd (email here).

March 6: Ash Wednesday

Join our noon service in the All-Purpose Room (lower level of church – room 1). This service begins with sharing a light lunch together (provided) and a brief service that includes the imposition of ashes and the sacrament of Holy Communion.

Or, join us at 7:00pm in the sanctuary to receive ashes and Holy Communion with a fuller, sung service.

Or, join us for both! 🙂 Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season and helps Christians prepare for Easter by turning their hearts toward God.
March Healing Service

Please Note: This month’s Healing Service (scheduled for March 5th) will be cancelled and folded into our Ash Wednesday services at noon and 7:00pm on March 6th. The regular Healing Service schedule will begin again on April 2nd.

Wednesdays in Lent

“Forgiveness” is our theme for Wednesday evenings during Lent, beginning March 13th. Our discussions will be based on The Book of Forgiving by Desmond Tutu and Mpho Tuto. Our meal will begin at 6:30pm in the Social Hall ($5 donation per person suggested, $15 per family), with devotions at 7:00, followed by the study on forgiveness. It is not necessary to read the book, but you may appreciate the stories and deeper engagement in doing so.
