Worship Service Opportunities

There are many opportunities for our youth to engage in our worship services!

Crucifers, Acolytes & Torch Bearers
5th – 12th graders are encouraged to participate in worship as crucifers, acolytes, & torch bearers. They light the candles before worship, extinguish them afterwards, collect offering, help with communion on specific Sunday’s, carry the cross during procession, and other duties.

Greeters & Ushers
Grace is a welcoming community and you too, can be a part of it! Help us greet everyone as they walk through the door! You can also usher and distribute the bulletins, help collect offering, and even ring the bell during the Lord’s Prayer.

Readers
At both 8 am and 10:45 am services, we have readers who read the first & second reading, and our psalm call and response. If you like reading, please don’t hesitate to join the reading squad!

Praise Team
10:45am service is always looking for talented musicians to join the praise team! If you are interested in praising the Lord through song, please talk with our music director Joyce Berner! She’d love to see the Praise band grow, and so would we!
